Boguslaw Rosa

(born May 4, 1925 in Warsaw, died. Februar y 2, 2008 in Gdansk, Poland) - Polish geographer and professor. I n 1946 he graduated from the Pedagogical High School in Siedlce. University studies in geology and geographical began in 1947 at t he Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. Being the third year of study, he became junior assistant in the Department of Physical Geography. Master of Philosophy degree in geography obtained in [[1952], and a Ph.D. in 1961.
